- Identity verification (KYC) — a copy of your driving licence and a government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, or voter ID), collected to confirm your eligibility to drive before handover, as required for a self-drive rental.
- Payment records — amounts paid and payment references for your booking, deposit, and any refund.
- Communications — messages you send us by phone call, WhatsApp, or our website chat, including call recordings and message content, so our team (or, for some routine questions, an automated assistant) can respond to you.
- Account verification — a one-time OTP sent to your phone or email to confirm bookings are really yours.
- Usage data — standard analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics and Google Ads, used to understand and improve the site.
How we use your information
- To create, confirm, and manage your booking, including delivery and pickup logistics.
- To verify your identity and driving eligibility before handing over a vehicle.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the service:
- Google Firebase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — delivers messages if you contact us or we message you on WhatsApp.
- EmailJS — sends booking and account emails on our behalf.
- Payment and e-signature partners — process payments and rental agreement signing.
- Law enforcement or government authorities, where legally required — for example, in the event of an accident, theft, or traffic violation involving a rented vehicle.
How long we keep it
We retain booking and KYC records for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. You can ask us to delete information we're not legally required to keep — see “Your rights” below.
